Adkins of Pedro, Ohio, born in Ashland, Kentucky, who passed away on October 10, 2021, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Gene Clayton and Ina Mae Catron Adkins; and his brother-in-law David McAllister. He is survived by: his siblings, Jonathan P. Adkins (Jeanie), Denis C. Adkins (Joey) and Rachel McAllister; his nieces, Michelle Eason (Jody), Sara Wester (Mike) and Katie George; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Finley Eason, Bodie Eason, Madison Wester, Wade Wester and Reagan George.
