She was predeceased by: her parents, George Stevens, Sr. and Emma Allen Stevens; her siblings, Betty Jane Stevens and George Stevens, Jr.; her grandchildren, Andrew Yelley and Brittany Gambill; and her great grandchild Bentley Clark.
She is survived by: her children, Mickey Gale Clark, Rickey Dale Clark and Sandy Lee Clark; her siblings, Roger Ray Stevens, Michael Stevens, Agnes Marie McGahan, Rosemary Fitzgerald and Roxann Henderson; and her great grandchild Don Turvey.
