J.) of Ashland, KY, Roger Bolton of Ohio, Chad Hammonds of Ohio and Keith Porter of Kentucky; his grandchildren, Amanda (Jason), Danielle (Wayne), John (Paige), Mikey, Joshua, Josie, Nicole, Paisley, Dakota (Ashton), Justin, Zachary (Kim), Brooklin, Tyler, David, Dylan, Devin, Curtis, Craig, Brandon, Natasha, Shelby, Christopher, Allen, Elijah, Sierra, Savannah and Nathan; and his siblings, Harold Bolton (Michele) of Wellston, OH and Toni Newsome (Larry) of Ashland. He was also cherished by 43 great-grandchildren.
