He is survived by: his children, Anna Bailey (Bill Hackworth) of Ironton and Rickey Bailey (Kris) of Pedro; his grandchildren, Cheyenne Hackworth (Shaun Butler), Cody Hackworth (Abby Jackson), Rickey Bailey (Keri Fout), Abigail Scarbro and Adriana Fyffe; and his brothers, Charles Bailey of Columbus and Arthur Bailey of Pedro. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
