It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Linda J. Franklin of Pedro, Ohio, born in Louisa, Kentucky, who passed away on March 19, 2024, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Carter "Joe" and Ethel McGuire (Back); and her husband William Patton "Pat" Franklin. She is survived by: her children, Rusty Franklin of Pedro and Melaney Cox (Rick) of Pedro; her grandchildren, Nikki Shelton (Sam) of Ironton, Kaiti Brown (A. J.) of Ironton, Jessi Wallace (Brandon) of Pedro and Amanda Cox of Pedro; and her great grandchildren, Cami Hall of Ironton, William Brown of Ironton and Soldier Shelton of Ironton. She is also survived by extended family and numerous friends.
