He is survived by: his parents, John William Bailey of Marion and Rebecca Bailey (Hackworth) of Pedro; his stepfather Freddie Penwell of Pedro; his children, Alex Bailey of Ironton, Jasmine Bailey and Nevaeh Bailey; his siblings, Monica Brown (David) of Columbus, Peggy Bruce (Edward) of Pedro, Scott Hackworth (Ruth) of Pedro and Steve Hackworth (Danielle) of North Carolina; his grandmother Doris Bailey Aunt; and also Teresa Moore Maternal. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
