She was predeceased by: her parents, Jessi James and Mary Jane Perry (Webb); her husband John Noel; her sons, James E. Noel and Gary L. Noel; and her siblings, Earl Perry, Bill Perry, Paul Perry, Thelma Layne and Wilma Baker.

She is survived by: her sons, John Noel (Donna) of Hanging Rock, Larry Noel (Katherine) of Kitts Hill and Rick Noel (Karla) of Ironton; and her daughter-in-law Debra Noel of Pedro.
