Jennifer touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Leighty and Judith Leighty (Rutledge); and her husband Michael Ray Webb. She is survived by: her children, Chrissty Tibbs (John) of Pedro, Jamie Webb (Nina) of Glenville, Michael Travis Webb of Houston and Kodee Webb (Akeisha) of Ashland, Kentucky.; her grandchildren, Corey Tibbs, Brooke McGraw, Nathan Webb, Lily Webb, Bailey Webb, Jeremiah Webb and Thomas Dean Webb; her great grandchildren, Haiven, Jameson McGraw and Jackson Tibbs; her siblings, Alan Leighty (Karen), Tim Leighty (Tonya), Peter John Leighty (Tina) and Leslie Pyles; her niece Nancy; and her nephew Ronnie Webb.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (101 Solida Rd, South Point, OH 45680).
