He is survived by: his parents, Chet Stamper (Debbie) of Ironton, OH and Cindy Stamper of Ironton, OH; his fiancée Amy; his children, Anthony Stamper, Bradey Stamper, Aubreyona Stamper of Pedro, OH and Kyia Stamper of Pedro, OH; his parents-in-law, Desmond and Sherri; his siblings, Brandy Leisure (Charlie) of South Point, OH, Sarah Stamper (Ashley) of South Point, OH, Josh Stamper (Caitie) of South Point, OH, Tim, DesiRae Abrams of Pedro, OH, Desmond and Ashley; his sister-in-law Kristina; and his close friend Bill (Brandy). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, family and friends.
