He was predeceased by: his parents, James C., Sr. and Ann L. Blair (Keating). He is survived by: his wife Donna Hutchinson (Friend); his children, Roy Collins, Cletis Collins and Janette Gollihugh; and his stepmother Anna Hutchinson. He is also survived by five sisters and one brother; fourteen grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
