He is survived by: his father Donald Lewis of South Webster; his children, Andrew of Marysville, OH, Nicholas Lewis of Marysville, OH, Shane Lewis of Coal Grove and Michelle Norris of Coal Grove; and his siblings, William Lewis (Angie) of Waterloo, Donald Lewis of South Webster, David Lewis (Angie) of Pedro and Shawnna Akers (James Stamper) of Pedro. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
