He is survived by: his stepfather Benjamin France of Ironton; his children, Jason Carmon, Savanna Carmon, Mariann Carmon and Shayleigh Carmon of Ironton; the mother of his children Heidi; his siblings, Benjamin Ray France (Della) of Kentucky, Doris Cattel (Scott) of Pedro, Trish DeLong (Jarrid Koster) of Pedro and Rachel France of Ironton; his aunts, Betty Grizzle (Terry Sands) of Hanging Rock and Bobbie Carmon of Pedro, Ohio.; and his cousin Penny Cline (Pat) of Oak Hill, Ohio..
