She is survived by: her sons, Jason Smith (Kimberly) of Pedro, Jesse Jackson (Rose) of Pedro and David Smith of Hazard; her sister Katie Radford of Florida; and her grandchildren, Kaitlynn Smith (Stapleton), Lauren Smith (Robinson), Elizabeth Smith (Harrison), Shayla Smith (Harrison), Levi Smith (Harrison), David Smith, Jr., Brittany Smith, Isabella Smith, Heather Smith, Chloe Smith, Claira Stephens, Darlean Little, Jason Smith, Jr., Benjamin Smith, Tucker Smith, Zackary Smith, Skyla Pinkerman, Kelley Pinkerman, Devon Pinkerman, Brantlee Stamper, Haydon Stamper and Thomas Little.
