He was predeceased by: his parent Walt Depriest; his daughter Carrie Depriest; and his brothers-in-law, Jim Bowels, Freddie McSorley and Gary McSorley.
He is survived by: his parent Darlene Kerns Depriest; his wife Kelli McSorley Depriest; his sons, Brian Depriest (Tamra) of Pedro, Andrew Depriest (Ayla) of Ironton and Jesse Depriest (Nikki) of Pedro; his siblings, Wade Depriest of Pedro, Milton Depriest (Della) of Pedro, Walter Ray Depriest (Kathy) of Pedro, Jeff Depriest (Edith) of Pedro, Gary Depriest (Molly) of Pedro, Diane Bowels of South Carolina, Vivian McFann (Darrel), Sandra and Johnson; his father-in-law Mary Jo Shope (Richard); his sister-in-law Sherri (Desmond); his friend Jolinda Elswick; and his brother-in-law Greg McSorley (Michelle). He is also survived by three grandchildren mother-in-law.
