He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Kelley (Kidd); his sons, Kevin Kelley (Melanie) of Catlettsburg, KY and Jim Kelley (Brandi) of Pedro; his grandsons, Seth Kelley, Jacob Kelley, Joshua Kelley and Kaleb Kelley; his stepgrandchildren, Cortni Riggs and Allison Clay (Nick); and his grandchildren, Brinley and Noah Wireman. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
