He was predeceased by: his parents, John Stamper and Margaret Stamper (Heading); his wife Janet Stamper (Haskins); his siblings, Homer Stamper, John Stamper Jr., Ken Stamper, Rick Stamper, Mandy Stamper, Mary Stamper-Pugh and Doris Stamper; and his great grandchildren, Ember Jenkins and Asher Jenkins.
He is survived by: his daughters, Cathy Stamper-Beair (Ray) of Pedro, OH, Kimberly Stamper-Walls (Mike) of Kitts Hill, OH and Sheila Scott (Jeff) of Ironton, OH; his grandchildren, Kyle Jenkins (Ashley), Krysta Simms (Jared) and Brandon Scott (Amanda); his great grandchildren, Jaxon Scott, Aiden Simms, Carter Emerson Jenkins, Hunter and Kaycee Malone; and his siblings, Jim Stamper, Virginia Kerns, Joann Richardson and Evelyn Bruce. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
