She is survived by: her parents, Otto Schweickart and Hilda Norris Schweickart; her spouse Eddie Jenkins; her children, Sara Oluwashina (Samson) of Harper Woods, MI., Mathew Jenkins (Selena) of Pedro, OH and Lucas Jenkins (Bianca) of Wheelersburg, OH; and her siblings, Margaret Triplett (Steve) of Georgetown, OH, Hank Schweickart (Casey) of Frankfort, KY and Fred Schweickart (Tabitha) of Ironton, OH. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Eddie Jenkins, 3167 County Road 51, Pedro, OH 45659 who will share the donations to Annabelle's favorite charities.
