He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Leighton and Tommie Mullins; and his great-grandparents, Lloyd, Jeanette Powers, Tom Dingus, Corbett (Junior) and Mavis Mullins.
He is survived by: his fiancée Kristy House; his son Giovanni Mullins; his mother Pamela Borer; his stepfather Dave Borer; his mother-in-law Cheryl House; and his siblings, Kjersten Cavanaugh, Kailee Cavanaugh and Brett Mullins. He is also survived by several nephews and nieces, cousins, aunts and uncles and in-laws.
