He is survived by: his wife Cynthia; his sons, Jeremy (Erica) and Timothy Moulder (Vicki); his stepchildren, Shonda Abernethy (Billy Joe) and Rian Frederick (Ashlee); and his grandchildren, Zoie, Kamryn, Lenox, Rita and Zion.
