She was predeceased by: her parents, Clara Ward (Fletcher) and Bennie Ward; her son James Parsons II; her grandson Adam Ryder; and her siblings, Charles Ward (Marjorie Weaver), Paul Ward (Tresa West), Rosanna "June" Elias (Donald) and Faye Williams (Ralph).
She is survived by: her husband James; her daughter Barbara Carter (John); her siblings, Beryl Ward (Karmen McCracken), Merle Dunn (James) and Theo Jones (Gary); and her grandchildren, Brian (Mindy) and Lindsey (Cory). She is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Marion Cemetery (620 Delaware Ave, Marion, OH 43302).
