It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Franklin of Payne, Ohio, born in Québec, Québec, who passed away on August 24, 2024, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As James departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though James may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy James leaves behind.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Helen Franklin and Robert Franklin; his sons, Dave (Angie) and Jeff Franklin (Lizzy); his wife Marsha Franklin; his son Chris Franklin; and his sister Angela Franklin. He was also cherished by 8 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; & 4 great great grandchildren.
Memorials are to Elara Caring Hospice or the Paulding County Senior Center.
