He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Baker and Thelma Baker (Rodman); and his siblings, John, Glen Baker, Erma Friend, Rose Marie Maples, Carolyn Goins, Nellie Mae Hartman and Toni Searfoss.
He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Tillotson (Woodard); his children, David Tillotson (Tracie) of Graytown, OH, Jeremy Tillotson (Deanna) of Fort Wayne, IN, Bobbi Baker of Herman, MO and Ashley Simonin of Lima, OH; and his sister Joann Barker (Roger) of Defiance, OH. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren.
