With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bill Neff of Payne, Ohio, born in Warsaw, Indiana, who passed away on March 17, 2024 at the age of 94. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Bill Neff to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lucy Louise (Liggett) and Marvin Edward Neff; his wife Mary (Brown); his brother Phillip Neff; and his granddaughter Rebecca Short.
He is survived by: his sons, Rev. Blake (Nancy) and Kevin (Dee); and his sister Sue Harshbarger. He is also survived by four grandchildren; sixteen great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
