He is survived by: his wife Lisa Pack; his son Kyle Rothenbuhler (Kayla) of Antwerp, OH; his siblings, Rick Rothenbuhler of Lima, OH, Jeff Rothenbuhler of Lewis Center, OH and Rhonda Lewis (Mark) of San Diego, CA; and his grandsons, Barrett and Boone Rothenbuhler.
