He is survived by: his wife Reda Sizemore; his sons, Tony Adams (Rhee) of Paulding, OH and David Adams (Ashley) of Paulding, OH; and his grandchildren, Tyler Adams, Austin Adams, Peyton Adams, Kiara Adams, Addison Adams and Makenna Adams.
