She was predeceased by: her father Richard Smith; and her children, Eric Hicks and Nakita Hicks. She is survived by: her mother Onita Hagerman (Mason); her children, Jamie Hicks (Samantha) of Baytown, TX, Laura Fox (Tyler) of Defiance and Nicole Hicks (Chris Mullins) of Melrose, OH.; and her siblings, Peggy Sheperd (Jim) of Lima, OH, Michael Smith (Becky) of Defiance, Brenda Stephens (Curt) of Florida, William Steffes (Ann) of Cecil, OH and Mary Ann Steffes (Kelly Smith) of Defiance. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, one great-grandchild.
