She is survived by: her husband Richard Harter; her son Jeffrey Harter (Sonya); her grandchildren, Joseph of New Haven, Isaac of New Haven, Elijah Harter of New Haven and Lexy Harter; and her siblings, Bonnie Colwell of Krypton, KY, Roger McIntosh (Penney) and Jim McIntosh (Diane).
