He is survived by: his parents, Gene Campbell and Sandra Campbell (Hallenbeck); his spouse Christi Klinger; his children, Doug Prothero (BillieJo), Sarah Bourdier (Ryan), Gage Campbell, McKayla Campbell, Rylee Campbell and Caiden Campbell; his siblings, Jarred Campbell and Shawn Waidelich (Lee); and his grandmother Eva Stuttz Campbell.
