It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas A. Rulman in Paulding, Ohio, who passed away on January 23, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Norman Rulman; and his brothers, James Rulman and Paul Rulman. He is survived by: his girlfriend Jane Stouffer of Paulding, OH. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
