He was predeceased by: his daughter Maria Faith Foltz; and his grandparents, Robert, Rita Snodgrass (Lonsway), Earl and Naomi Foltz (Stair).
He is survived by: his parents, Ronald Foltz and Mary Ann Foltz (Snodgrass); his children, Emily, Ava and Silas Foltz; his granddaughter Gemma Merriman of Paulding; and his siblings, Ron Foltz II (Connie), James Foltz (Tina) and Lori Walton (DeAndre).
