He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Parrish and Elizabeth Parrish (AuFrance); his wife Kathryn "Pauline" Monroe; and his brothers, Robert and Richard Parrish.

He is survived by: his daughters, Patty Porter of Paulding and Karen Burnett (John) of Paulding; his granddaughters, Mikayla Scaggs (Kevin), Melinda Keeling (Andrew), Haley Porter, Elizabeth Otero (Celia) and Victoria Bradford; his great grandchildren, Harmony, Ariana, Maximus Bedinghaus, Brayden, Devan, Nova, Reilee and Paxton Keeling; and his sisters-in-law, Mary Monroe, Alma Riggenbach and Wilma Ashcraft. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
