She is survived by: her husband Thomas LaFountain of Paulding; her children, Barbara Blair, Jennifer Herr (Ryan) and Ronald Blair; her stepchildren, Travis LaFountain (Dawn) and Amanda Mullins (Mike); her grandchildren, Danielle Blair, Noah Hasch and Jeremiah Roberts; her stepgrandchildren, Linsey, Caleb LaFountain and Allissia Matthews (Wade); her great grandchildren, Joshua Blair, Josie Schuette and Juno Schuette; and her siblings, Rebecca Osborne, Bernard Ankney (Cynthia), Shelby Southam (William) and Samuel Ankney.
