She was predeceased by: her parents, Franklin Seiders and Lydia Seiders (Keith); and her husband Richard R. Todd. She is survived by: her children, Michael Todd (Tara), Laurie Hug (Tod) of Liberty Center, OH and Suzanne Kopeck (John) of Mason, OH; and her grandchildren, Jacob, Meghan Todd, Eryn Porter, Kaleigh, Joshua Hug, Zachary and Allison Kopeck.
Memorial contributions may be made in Rosalie's memory to the First Presbyterian Church of Paulding or to CHP Inpatient Hospice, Defiance.
