It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roman Laker (Paulding, Ohio), born in Monroeville, Ohio, who passed away on May 21, 2019, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Laker and Gertrude Laker (Diver); his wife Christine; and his siblings, Theodore, Dean, Elizabeth Buehrer, Beatrice Johanns, Lucille Overmyer, Leona Molitor and Pauline Swary.
He is survived by: his children, David Laker (Janet), Jim Laker (Karen), George Laker (Susan), Bryan, Jerry Laker, Ken Laker (Arlene), Cecil, Bonnie Nally (Tim), Defiance, Ted Laker (Donna), Antwerp, Rosann Laker (Carol), Paulding and Mary DeGood (Scott). He is also survived by 27 grandchildren; 70 great grandchildren; and 8 great-great grandchildren.
