He was predeceased by: his parents, Steven and Lillian L. (Hart); his siblings, Roger, Lela, Oval, Evelyn, Louise, Joan, Margaret, Shirley and Katherine; and his granddaughter Brandy Jo Flynn.
He is survived by: his wife Judy K. Glass; his sister Wanda Rittenhouse (Scott); and his children, Kimberly Cook (Charles), Oakwood, Kip (Billie), Cecil, Shirley (Becky), Van Wert, Jennifer Flynn (Jason) and Paulding. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren.
