He is survived by: his children, John Phlipot (Patty) of Sherwood, OH, Bunny Talbott of Continental, OH and William Phlipot (Roberta) of Defiance, OH; and his stepchildren, Vaughn Hadley of Findlay, OH and Cindy Keep. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 4 step grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; and 3 great-great grandchildren.
