He was predeceased by: his spouse Shirley R. Paulus; and his brothers, Harold and Hale. He is survived by: his children, Steve R. Miller of Paulding, Mark A. Miller of Paulding and Tina M. Demerath (Michael); and his grandchildren, Tyrus Demerath, Kirk Demerath and Isabel Hinen (Jacob).
