Richard Fraley Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Fraley (Paulding, Ohio), who passed away on January 25, 2021, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Alta On (Hall) and Richard Fraley Sr. On; his wife Betty Jean Elston; and his siblings, Ruby, Calvin, William David and Charles Fraley.
He is survived by: his children, Richard Fraley III (Debra) of Antwerp, Adam Fraley of Antwerp, Ken Fraley (Stacy) of Antwerp, Victoria Clemens (George) of Antwerp and Kim Zimmerman (Shawn) of Antwerp; and his siblings, Gertrude Elston, Edie Schlosser (Timothy), Diana Butler, LuVerne Dullhaghan, Arnold Fraley (Sue) and Dan Fraley (Veronica). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; and 10 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations made to CHP Hospice.
