She is survived by: her sons, Tony Adams (Rhee) of Paulding, OH and David Adams (Ashley) of Paulding, OH; her brothers, Lyndon Fields (Kay) of Paulding, OH and Mark Fields Jr. (Ouida) of Convoy, OH; and her grandchildren, Tyler Adams, Austin Adams, Peyton Adams, Kiara Adams, Addison Adams and Makenna Adams.
