She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Rodman and Helen Rodman (Parsons); her sister Patricia Thatcher; and her pets, Molly and Bella.
She is survived by: her sons, Tracy Conley (Carla) of Paulding, OH and Babette Adams (Paul) of Oakwood, OH; and her siblings, James Rodman (Vivian) of Indiana, Michael Rodman (Elaine) of Indiana and Janet Packer of Lancaster, OH. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made in Phyllis' memory to Payne Church of the Nazarene.
