With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patrick R. Crutchfield of Paulding, Ohio, who passed away on March 9, 2025 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Crutchfield and Alice Crutchfield (Goings); and his siblings, James Crutchfield, Patricia Ingol, Roberta Hardman and Allison Smith-Sulfridge.
He is survived by: his fiancée Pam Echols of Paulding, OH; his children, Patrick Tyler Crutchfield of Georgetown, KY, Alisha Deanda (Armando) of Pemberville, OH, Derrick Echols of Huntsville, AL and Kameron Echols (Angel) of Payne, OH; his siblings, Ernest Crutchfield, Jr. (Janie) of Defiance, OH, Albert Crutchfield (Darlene) of Fort Wayne, IN, Barbara Eubanks of Dillsburg, PA, Mary Alice Wimes (Tommy) of Nicholsville, KY and Margaret Ann Crutchfield of Paulding, OH; his grandchildren, Jaxsen, Julian and Jayla; and his pet Buddy.
Visitation will be held on Friday, March 14th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Den Herder Funeral Home (1000 W Wayne St, Paulding, OH 45879). A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made in Pat's memory to the Paulding County Dog Shelter.
