He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Klopfenstein and Emma Klopfenstein (Stoller); his wife Mary E. Tonner; his granddaughter Jaymee Klopfenstein; and his siblings, Raymond, Floren, Alvin, Harold, Gene, Frances Laidig, Aldean Price and Mabel.
He is survived by: his children, Keith Klopfenstein (JoAnne), Scott and Karen Manz (Lester). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and 25 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to Galilean Children's Home, Liberty KY or Apostolic Christian Harvest Call.
