She was predeceased by: her children, Julie Lauber, Watson Dale Blair and Jeff Blair. She is survived by: her spouse Shade E. Blair; her sons, Charlie Blair of Cecil, Doug "Gene" Blair (Rena) of Cecil, Dave Blair (Joy) of Cecil and Kenny Blair (Lee Ann); her children-in-law, Chris Blair and Gary Lauber; and her sisters, Frances and Marie of Ironton, OH. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations made to a charity of the donor's choice.
