He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl DeLong and Olive DeLong (Vance); and his siblings, Jerry DeLong, Richard Sunday, Rex Sunday and Darlene Cottrell.
He is survived by: his wife Ann K. Tusing; and his children, Michael DeLong (Amy), Rita Reed, Angela Costanza (Robert), Lynnette Hibbard (Trevor), Krista Atkins (Kevin), Angie Dawson (Robert) and Lisa Teeple.
Due to COVID-19 pandemic, masks and social distancing are required.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations made to Cancer Services of Northeast Indiana or Paulding Police Department.
