He is survived by: his parents, Fred Kohart (Shelly) of Payne, OH and Hilary Godfrey (Frank) of Fort Wayne, IN; his grandparents, Ken, Denise Kohart of Payne, OH, Cathy Marcum Bright (Robert) of Austin, IN, Lonnie Godfrey of Wolf Lake, IN and Linda Clark of Antwerp, OH; his great-grandparents, Frank Kohart of Latty, OH and Mary Marcum of Ligonier, IN; his siblings, Alexander Kohart of Toledo, OH and Evalyn Kohart (Bryce) of Van Wert, OH; his girlfriend Nichole Blackford of Paulding, OH; and his nephew Bryson Kohart of Van Wert, OH. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
