He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Wagner and Elizabeth Wagner (Paxton); and his siblings, Harold, Richard, James and Mary Ann Nunnery.
He is survived by: his wife Janet Wagner; his daughters, Kimberly Gilpin (Don) of Indianapolis, Shelli Wagner of Indianapolis and Pamela Whitaker of Knightstown, IN; and his siblings, Adam David Wagner of Tampa, FL, Norma Jean Butler of Kingman, AZ, Dorothy Silance and Van Wert. He is also survived by three grandsons.
