He was predeceased by: his parents, Edmund Bland and Delores Bland (Knapp); and his brother James Bland. He is survived by: his wife Cassandra "Joyce" Farris (Paulding); his children, Shawn Bland (Tracy) of Fort Wayne, Kristy Elliot (Burt) of Grover Hill, Amanda Whitaker (Doug) of Harrod and Matt Bland (Candi) of Haviland; his sister Cheryl Bland (Brown) of Van Wert; and his sister-in-law Diane Bland of Kenton. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
