She was predeceased by: her parents, William Bevins and Della Bevins (Salyer); and her brother Jack Bevins. She is survived by: her husband Kevin Garber; her children, Donald Dougal of Defiance and Elizabeth Stoller (Brock) of Paulding; her grandchildren, Donnie Dougal Jr. of Defiance, Isabelle Heitman of Paulding, Kyren Dougal of Paulding, Brenden Fenter of Paulding, Daveena Brendel (Josh), Kaleb James (Selena) of Defiance and Kenneth Dougal (Arielle) of Hicksville; and her siblings, Beulah Dare Tiderman (Tim) of Grand Rapids, OH, Linda Tipton (Calvin) of Defiance, Mary Bevins of Defiance, Polly Bevins of Defiance, Bill Bevins of Evansport and Rob Bevins (Tami) of Archbold. She is also survived by many family members and friends.
