She was predeceased by: her parents, Cathryn Winans (Price) and Adam Winans; her son John Phipps; her husband Jack Phipps (John W.); and her siblings, Richard Winans, Allen Winans and Betty Van Ho.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cathy Schoenauer (late Ron) and Margaret Schilb (late Rick Schilb); her grandchildren, Scott Schoenauer (Audra), Carrie McKinney (Aaron), Aaron Schilb (Ashley), Mikael Schilb (Meredith), Johnny Phipps, Joseph Phipps and Josh Schoenauer; her great grandchildren, Jack Schoenauer, Sarah Winebrenner (Austin), Emily Sowers (Connor), Allison Dyson, Grace McKinney, Megan McKinney, Max, Charlie, Henry Schilb, Damon, Lilly Smith and Vivian Schilb; and her great great grandchild Owen Winebrenner.
Memorials are to St Paul United Methodist Church or the Van Crest-Payne Activity Fund.
