He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Morisy and Anna Morisy (Hopt). He is survived by: his spouse Isabel Rakonza; his children, Pamela Crone (Ronny) of Grover Hill, OH, Joseph Morisy (Pamela) of Defiance, OH, John Morisy of New Haven, IN, Carol Krakowski (Bill) of South Bend, IN and Rachel Kelly (Charlie) of Broughton, OH; his sisters, Alta Ebel of Las Vegas, NV and Phyllis Porter of Hicksville, NY; his daughter Mary Pauline Morisy; and his siblings, Paul Morisy, Monica Brune, Ruth Rekeweg, Lucille Vestlua, Rita Thompson, Rose Marie Guinan, Theresa Thompson, Jean Van Fleet and Margaret Ditto. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
